DARE is a transformative initiative designed to equip young women in rural Ghana with the digital, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills needed to succeed in today’s digital economy. The program aims to create opportunities for economic independence, employment, and self-reliance, especially among underserved groups
Who is it for?
DARE prioritizes:
Unemployed young women
Single mothers and teenage mothers
Women with disabilities (PWDs)
Hairdressers, seamstresses, apprentices, and bead makers
Whether you’re seeking new skills, a job, or the digital tools to grow your own business, DARE is your platform for growth and empowerment.
Where is it happening?
The program is currently running in:
Somanya (Yilo-Krobo Municipality)
Bekwai (Ashanti Region)

Participants will gain hands-on training in:
Digital tools and ICT skills
Online business and entrepreneurship
Personal branding and leadership
Soft skills and career development
